The Court House is a friendly and welcoming neighbourhood eatery in the heart of Kinross.

Serving cakes, bakes, great coffee and a range of fresh, seasonal dishes its a great place to spend time with friends and family in relaxed and comfortable surroundings.

Our building has been a prominent feature of the town since 1826 and has served as prison, court and council office.  As well as the restaurant, the Court House is also home to a coworking workspace  with a range of additional serviced offices.  All our business centre members are welcome to a 15% anytime discount at the Court House too.
